Ocean House’s amenity program is organized around distinct outdoor settings. The ground-floor garden leads toward the beach, while reflecting ponds and cabanas create quieter places to pause closer to the building.
A vitality pool and landscaped lounge space add another setting for relaxation. Above, the rooftop pool and sundeck provide a different perspective over the coastline.
These are planned common amenities. The penthouse’s separately described private rooftop features should not be confused with spaces intended for all residents.

Wellness spaces with room for individual routines
The experiential spa is planned with steam and sauna facilities, a hot tub, treatment space and a salon room. The fitness offering includes a studio and a room for private training sessions.
