Use the brochure with the current residence package
The brochure is designed to explain the intended experience. To assess a purchase, pair it with the specific floor plan, written specifications, proposed budget and current purchase agreement.
Check that all documents refer to the same home and revision. Images can show furniture, decorative items, optional buildouts and landscape conditions that are conceptual or not included in the selected residence.
Older launch documents may also contain pricing, construction timing or payment terms that need updating. Our team can request the current information for your preferred layout rather than treating an archived price list as today’s availability.
